Refund Policy

1. Audits

Refundable within 14 days if audit has not been started. Non-refundable once audit work begins.

2. Monthly Engagements

Cancel with 30 days notice. Current month non-refundable. Future months refunded.

3. Quality

If deliverables do not match the agreed scope, we revise at no cost. If unresolvable, partial refund proportional to undelivered work.
